This program purposes to make this state of optimally accessible to you through the consistent practice of training. We become healthier humans in every sense of the word.The Flow State is simply your optimal state of being, your potential. We adopt the 'beginner mindset' and approach all tasks with the enthusiasm and open mind of the novice. We grow and develop as a unit but at our own rate of progress. We identify personal projects to base 'homework' on in order to strengthen the weaker areas of our practice. Classes are currently limited to 12 participants with 2 coaches leading so it is an extremely hands on learning experience. We work collectively, learning just as much from guiding a fellow student through a practice as from being guided. We’ll progressively unpack concepts and aim to make tangible progress alongside having a great time together.
